Riverstone Resort and Spa is a beautiful facility. Our room was exactly like we expected. It was very clean, excellent location, comfortable beds and well decorated. Dawn was excellent in responding to all of our questions. I would highly recommend this condo.

We were so happy with our stay! It was very convenient to all of the attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while not being in the middle of all of the busyness. We are a family of seven and found the accommodations extremely comfortable and really enjoyed the mountain views from the balcony. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the area!

We had a great experience staying here. The location is unbeatable for a Pigeon Forge and Dollywood trip, allowing us to easily swing back for an afternoon break from the park before going back in the evening.The resort's amenities are fantastic. My wife got to enjoy the spa, while the kids and I hit the bounce pillow and lazy river every day. We didn't use the indoor pool or arcade, but loved knowing they were open 24 hours.Both the resort and this specific property were well-kept. The pictures accurately represent the exact state of the rental. Unlike a lot of VRBOs that show their age and aren't as clean, this place was great! The owners were also very fast to respond to some basic questions we had after checking in. We would seriously consider renting this exact spot again!

Great place and around everything! Only issue is that there was so much chlorine in the pool that it bleached swimsuits, stung our eyes to the point we had to leave and irritated our grandchildren’s skin.

Amazing find! We will definitely be coming back! Perfect for our family of 5. So close to Dollywood and Island pigeon forge. Indoor pool was clutch. Only negative I would say, is there was no shampoo or conditioner, which probably is our fault for not packing. But everything else was PERFECT
