What makes our units # 441 and # 344 special is:

We love the mountains and wanted a cabin/mountain feel so much that we added
wooden paneling. Gives that mountain/log feeling. Just added marble tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms. ( all sinks been replaced with stainless steel ). Both units has new furniture including new mountains pictures.. No more carpet, all been replaced with new flooring. ( also just added new mattresses for both bedrooms ) So if you like that mountain feeling, check out our new condo's

Perfect for us

This was the perfect space for us. Separate beds for the kids but in one room. Space to spread out a bit, cool off in the pool and lazy river and close to everything in Pigeon Forge.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful condo and was perfect for our family. Cooked several meals and was impressed with the quality and availability of pots, pans and needed items in the kitchen. The balcony is amazing and we loved the furniture on the balcony.The downfall of the condo was the beds. It’s like laying on marble slabs. If the beds were changed or improved uponwe would love to stay again in the future. Regardless of the beds, we had a wonderful trip and made some great memories

Fantastic accomodations

Excellent resort with clean, spacious accommodations. We enjoyed the arcade gaming system in the room. Kitchen was well equipped for us to make most our meals in house! Host communication was very timely when we had a small maintenance need!

Great Vacation!

We came with another couple for a friends getaway. We have stayed at Riverstone many times, but this is first with Donna. The corner unit was very nicely decorated and so clean. I had an issue with the keypad at first but Donna was quick to respond (and it was an issue with me, not the keypad LOL). We will definitely be calling Donna to stay here again. Most likely in the springtime next year.

Awesome Place and Location

This trip was due to the loss of a family member. We didn’t think we could be home this holiday season so we took the trip to celebrate him. We did things that were his favorite. Your place was convenient and very nice. We will be using you again and would recommend you to all our friends!

Lovely Condo in Great Location

We’ve stayed at Riverstone Condos many times over the years, and this was the best one we’ve had. It has 2 bedrooms and baths, a roomy kitchen, and plenty of seating in the den. We don’t cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked and had lots of storage space. The deck looks out over the river and the ducks and geese are constant entertainment. There is a view of some mountains, which I love. It’s an end unit so there are lots of windows. The owners are easy and prompt to communicate with. My husband and I said it’s really enough space for us, we should just sell our house and buy something like it.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this condo is AWESOME. It is walking distance to Old Mill and the shops and the delicious restaurant there. We were a short drive from the Island lots of fun there. Also it is quick to get on the road to Gatlinburg and the Smokey's National Park. What we also liked about the location was the spa right there at the resort. Super nice my sister-in-law and I enjoyed the hot rock massages. Finally about the location is the condo itself. It is and end unit that has a view from the dining room of the sun rises and from the porch the sunsets! The unit was clean and felt spacious and we were very comfortable there. When we did have a question the first night the owners was quick to get a hold off --always important in my opinion. Very nice time--Thanks so much!

Clueless

The property owner gets an F for communication. I had to ask for the check in info. The door code didn't work and the clueless owner didn't know their property well enough to help me. Stated someone would call me (they never did) When I called the owner back for an updated door code & more assistance, they hung up on me. We'll NEVER rent from this host again. Terrible.

Bad experience

We had not received the check in info before we left for our trip, I thought maybe they would send it when the condo was ready. We arived and still had not received the door code. I tried several times to call the number listed and it just said not available to take your call. Sent a couple of messages with no reply. Finally found the number for VRBO and called them. They could not get ahold of the owners and started a case and told us that they would reimburse us for a hotel room for the night and find us another place to stay. While on the phone with them I received a message with the door code almost two hours after check in. There was an overpowering smell in the hall where the washer was and the beds smelled the same. I think it may have been fabric softener. There was not a single blanket in the entire condo, not even a throw on the couch. The sheets looked like they were 10 years old and the shower door handle was glued on with what looked like white plumbers puddy. We initially could not find and spoons until we checked the dishwasher and it had not been emptied. We have stayed several other places and there was always an extra roll of tp under the sink, not this one. We had to go out and buy more. The key did not work at the fitness room and the office gave us one. They had changed their system and the keys were not updated. Also the patio door glass needs to be cleaned. This is a wonderful resort but the owners are not.

Family Vacation

Riverstone Resort is nice. It is convenient to DollyWood, golf course, and many other activities we like to do in Pigeon Forge. Husband and son said the gym is really nice as well. Have stayed at Riverstone before, but really like this unit. Loved watching the geese, ducks, and river from the spacious deck, plus this condo is in the building right beside the lazy river. Everyone in the group of five commented on how nice the unit is.

Amazing!!

The condo was very nice. We loved that the lazy river was right at our building. It was great that the lazy river was open until 11pm and the pool is open 24 hrs, so there is plenty of time to swim after a full day of activities. We spent a lot of time there. Plenty of parking, staff was friendly, and we felt very safe there. Great place for a family!
