The Clubhouse 3206 is a deluxe three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom second floor condo that can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. Right in town but still feeling secluded, this condo is the best of both worlds when it comes to a Pigeon Forge vacation!

The living room with its comfortable leather furniture is where you’ll want to gather together to watch TV on the large flat-screen smart TV or pop in a DVD, as the fire crackles from the double-sided fireplace. On the other side of your fireplace is the dining area and kitchen, keeping everyone close but still able to do their own thing. All the hiking, playing, swimming and exploring you’ll do will create some big appetites, so be sure to plan accordingly. There’s a Food City grocery just four minutes away and all the dinnerware, cookware and appliances you’ll need in your The Clubhouse 3206 kitchen. The Golf View resort is next door to the Gatlinburg Golf Course and boasts an indoor and outdoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, a sauna and grilling areas.

Upstairs you’ll find all three bedrooms, two with king-size beds and a third featuring a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which really cuts down on the morning shower rush. As an extra convenience, there’s also a half bathroom on the main floor. There’s also a washer and dryer, so pack light and leave extra room in your suitcase for souvenirs!

When you vacation at The Clubhouse 3206, you can start your day with a round of Golf at the Gatlinburg Golf Course that’s right next door. Follow that up with a visit to the Golf View Resort’s sauna or hot tub. Great location!

Centrally located in Pigeon Forge, and close to Dollywood, restaurants and shopping. Golf course nearby. Each br has its own bath, and the kitchen has been upgraded. Inside pool and sauna nearby. Elevator and carts are so helpful and no keys are necessary...just a door code. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Good layout. Furniture needs upgrading... dining bench bad springs (?)... sofa slants toward front. We like daylight... blinds need to be operational. Strongly recommend handrails for the stairs. Yes, we are older but not too old to climb stairs... but rails would have helped so much. We were a little disappointed in the fireplace.

Reunion

The room was very nice except for some poop that was crusted on two of the four toilets. Also crumbs on some of the furniture and a half bottle of water in one of the bedrooms. Had to make up one of the beds. Overall a nice and comfortable room. The facility it was in not so much. We could easily identify our room by the large stains in the carpet in front of our door. Was going to go to the hot tub but was told by another guest it wasn’t heating so didn’t go. Looked for more trash bags but couldn’t find any. A few extra blankets would be nice. Finally be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as only two small bars of soap were provided in each bathroom.

Spacious condo for family, good amenities and location in Pigeon Forge. I would recommend to families looking for a place to accommodate 4-5 people

Get stay!

We enjoyed our stay for my mom’s 83rd birthday! This condo was the perfect place to be with 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms! I will say that a rail is needed for the older folks as you go up to the bedrooms! Also, several of the railings were broken on the balcony and we had a 4 year old that we had to watch. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! The check-in process was good also and the condo is located in a wonderful area! We could see fireworks from Dollywood every night!
