Hi Cynthia, we’re sorry the cabin’s access and parking arrangement made your stay more challenging than expected, particularly with an older member of your group. We understand that convenient access is an important part of a comfortable getaway. The property does have a specific parking and access configuration, and while the surrounding cabins may have different setups depending on their location, we regret that this particular arrangement was not a good fit for your group.
