Smoky Mountain Memories: Stunning Mountain Views + Indoor Pool & Spa

Welcome to Smoky Mountain Memories, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo perched high above downtown Gatlinburg in the scenic Summit of Gatlinburg community. With two private balconies, you’ll have front-row seats to breathtaking mountain views—catch the sunrise with your morning coffee and unwind at sunset with a glass of wine.

This top-floor (3rd) unit sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom (perfect for kids or friends), and a cozy queen bed in the loft. The condo also features a functional wood-burning fireplace (wood available seasonally for purchase at the clubhouse), a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a dining table that seats six. Private Spectrum WiFi ensures a strong connection throughout your stay.

The Summit offers fantastic amenities just a short walk from your door, including a brand-new indoor pool and hot tubs, a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, game room, coin-operated laundry, and picnic area with charcoal grills.

Getting here is easy on well-paved, well-maintained roads. You can drive straight into downtown Gatlinburg or take the bypass to Pigeon Forge to skip the traffic. (Please note: while the roads are in great condition, the drive to the top includes some winding mountain curves.)

Important to know: This is a top-floor unit with no elevator, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns

Amazing Views and Bears!

This was a great place to stay. The location was was great, pretty close to GSMNP and Gatlinburg. We had some amazing mountain views. We saw bears several times on the property and in the area, including a mother and 3 cubs (just off the property).

We keep coming back to this condo. Angela is always quick to respond to any question you may have. The condo is just like the pictures. It has everything we need for a week away and a hopping spot to and from so many places in the park.

This property was exceptional! It is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The views are unbelievable from both balconies. We have 3 boys and everyone slept comfortably. We had a college roommate reunion and thoroughly enjoyed Smoky Mountain Memories. With 3 women, we each had our own room, which was nice. The views from the condo are spectacular, and we enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. It was nice to have access to the pool and hot tub after a day on our feet exploring the area. The beds are very soft. We found the keyless entry system to be a little temperamental, but it worked. While you have to drive winding roads to the top of the mountain, the location is still quite convenient to Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and Pigeon Forge. I would stay here again if I came back to the area.

Spectacular views!!!

The condo was just as pictures show, beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and it was furnished with everything we needed. Highlight of the trip sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and soaking in the view. Property owners gave a list of favorite places to eat and to visit and were quick to respond to my questions.

Cozy condo

Cozy & comfortable for a perfect weekend away. Amazing views. Loft bed was a hit with our teenager. Every thing you need is right there, other than washer & dryer which is only a few feet outside. Make sure you bring change if you want to use it! Pool & hot tub was a hit with all three of my kids (16, 9 & 2). Definitely recommend.

Smoky Mountain Getaway

Everything was as advertised. Clean, spacious and most of all.....great views!! We saw bears every morning and evening. Owner easy to deal with and quickly responded to any questions. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to visit Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge and areas surrounding. If ever we choose to visit Gatlinburg in the future I will definitely be staying here again!!

Amazing Family Trip

We had an amazing family trip and loved this unit. The views from the two balconies were stunning. We saw amazing sunsets! The condo was well decorated, the beds were comfy and they had nice, thick bath towels. We saw a bear walking around the area every day. My son left something behind and Kelly was so kind and mailed it back to us. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Loved this property!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated and clean, with much thought given to the comfort of the guests. Angela was very pleasant to deal with, answering questions promptly. As listed, there are two balconies, facing in different directions, giving you double the bear-spotting opportunities, and we saw over 20 bears during our brief two-night stay! We also were able to see the Dollywood fireworks and drone show from our third floor balcony. Our 10- and 12-year old granddaughters were thrilled! I highly recommend this property.

Stunning Views

The condo was beautiful, stunning views, perfect for our family of 5, absolutely as presented, all amenities. However, be aware of 3rd floor -no elevator. Getting to this property could be treacherous, windy roads. GPS a must. Less than 5-minutes up or down to mini-mart. Stock up on the way to condo. All in all, excellent first trip to the Smoky Mountains!

We are from the Middle TN area and have loved visiting Gatlinburg for years! We purchased this condo July 2021 and have completely updated it. This is our second condo, both are in the Summit of Gatlinburg complex. We plan on spending a lot of time here enjoying the Smoky Mountains and making family memories.

Why they chose this property

Like our first unit, the views are amazing! We love Summit Condos and all the amenities. This is a corner unit, so it has a lot of windows and 2 separate balconies to take in all the glory of the Smokies.
