Cozy, 1023 sq ft, 4th floor Gatlinburg condo in the heart of it all! Walking distance (3 blocks) to the parkway and located one block from a trolley stop! Enjoy the spectacular view from the private balcony. Great location with city on one side and forest on the other side. Hardwood floors, tile floors, vinyl floors, gas fireplace and mantle, granite countertops throughout, microwave. Building has an indoor heated pool and an elevator. We have a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. With TVs in all the bedrooms, your family members will be able to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Enjoy movies and shows from our smart TV along with free high speed internet access for all your personal electronic devices. We have king size beds in two of the three bedrooms.
This unit is professionally maintained and we take great care to keep it as allergy free as possible. We request our guests to maintain a very strict no animal and no smoking policy in the unit or on the balcony. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Special note for allergy sufferers: We have completely removed all wall-to-wall carpeting to reduce allergens.
Sleeps 6 comfortably. Queen sleeper sofa is available in addition but will not be as comfortable as the bed. Please note: Must be 21 or older to rent. Please e-mail for details.
In-town, yet away from it all.: This condo is in an excellent location. It is a nice walk to the many attractions, shops, and restaurants of Gatlinburg. But, it also borders the forest, so it has that peaceful feeling like you are out in the woods. The building has an elevator. Please understand it is beyond our control if the elevator has mechanical difficulties from time to time. If you have someone traveling with you who has trouble walking up the stairs in case of power failure or elevator not working due to reasons beyond our control, consider signing up for travel insurance for a very nominal price through VRBO.

This is where we love staying for our annual family vacation. The condo is conveniently located, close enough to town but with enough distance to give the feeling of being away in the mountains. Let’s not forget how clean and spacious it is as well, with three bedrooms and bathrooms. We love staying here and look forward to repeating our stay year after year.
This is a good place for families who are looking to maximize bedroom and bathroom space, be within walking distance to town, and have access to an indoor pool. The unit was well stocked with basic items, which made extra purchases minimal. Linens were plentiful and the kitchen was well stocked. There were many other families staying in the complex but the pool was not overcrowded. Initially there were some cleaning/maintenance issues, but owners were extremely responsive and promptly addressed everything. Also of note, walkways for units are all outdoors and the complex building is on the older side compared to surrounding newer builds. Overall, this is a solid option for families who need an easily accessible place to use as a jumping off place for daily outings.
We loved this condo! A close walk (0.5mi) to town, yet quiet & little traffic. Corner unit is quiet & no walking traffic, we left the front door open & enjoyed the view through the glassdoor. The best part was seeing a Mama bear & 4 cubs come from the forrest behind us, hang out and play then walk around front and down the road multiple times a day! Definitely check for bears before going to your car or the dumpster, & do NOT leave ANY food in your vehicle. A workman’s truck had bears on it trying to get his sandwich. The 3 bed/bath was perfect for my 2 college boys, beds super comfy & tvs in each room. Master closet has washer/dryer which was great. Kitchen is small but well stocked. Full size fridge with freezer (ice trays), multiple coffee makers (Keurig and carafe) table for 4. Worked well for us, we ate out nightly. Living space snug if multiple couples and kids stayed, but perfect for our 4 adults. We used the balcony a lot- enjoying the view of the bears, sunset & across town to the suspension bridge. The walk back was a little more challenging up the hill after wine & whiskey tasting but a good calorie burn after eating at Pancake Pantry (highly recommend!) We also recommend “The Ultimate Wine, Shine & Bourbon Experience” tour in town. This condo is a great launching pad for day trips. We drove 1.5hrs to Cades Cove Scenic Loop, the 11mile loop was a very slow crawl & stopping frequently with only a handful of bears sighted (way more at the condo!).
Great condo to stay at with everything you need for your stay. Will most definitely recomend to freinds and family members looking for a great location.
No complaints about the host interaction. Comlpex and condo are dated and needs a few minor repairs. We never were able to light the fireplace, even with the directions. The couch and chair in the living room were uncomfortable. For the price, it was ok.

Nice place, kitchen is small. Other than that kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Elevator stopped working . We enjoyed our stay.
It was great, lots of room, easy access to downtown. We were there about 30 minutes and saw 7 bears, 2 walked right below the balcony, then we saw 4 cubs playing and their mother. I would definitely stay here again. It was clean and well equipped with everything you would need.We had a great time!
This condo was absolutely perfect for our group. The location was within walking distance to downtown and the views were beautiful, even saw a couple of black bears while sitting on the back patio.
The condo was very clean. Seeing the bears was a great addition to our stay!

We fell in love with Gatlinburg on our first visit. Endless attractions for the children and serenity from the Great Smokey Mountain make this an ideal vacation spot for even the pickiest family member.
What makes this property unique
The proximity to the Main Parkway is very convenient for us. The walk by the little stream always manages to surprise us with little visual treasures with it's resident wild duck families. This is one of the reasons why my children are always ready for a walk to the Parkway, which is only about 4 blocks away.
