Within walking distance to Gatlinburg's newest adventure park...Anakeesta!! Park at the Building parking area and enjoy the day without worrying about finding a parking spot in the busy downtown area.

Cozy, 1023 sq ft, 4th floor Gatlinburg condo in the heart of it all! Walking distance (3 blocks) to the parkway and located one block from a trolley stop! Enjoy the spectacular view from the private balcony. Great location with city on one side and forest on the other side. Hardwood floors, tile floors, vinyl floors, gas fireplace and mantle, granite countertops throughout, microwave. Building has an indoor heated pool and an elevator. We have a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. With TVs in all the bedrooms, your family members will be able to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Enjoy movies and shows from our smart TV along with free high speed internet access for all your personal electronic devices. We have king size beds in two of the three bedrooms.

This unit is professionally maintained and we take great care to keep it as allergy free as possible. We request our guests to maintain a very strict no animal and no smoking policy in the unit or on the balcony. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Special note for allergy sufferers: We have completely removed all wall-to-wall carpeting to reduce allergens.

Sleeps 6 comfortably. Queen sleeper sofa is available in addition but will not be as comfortable as the bed.

In-town, yet away from it all.: This condo is in an excellent location. It is a nice walk to the many attractions, shops, and restaurants of Gatlinburg. But, it also borders the forest, so it has that peaceful feeling like you are out in the woods.
The building has an elevator. Please understand it is beyond our control if the elevator has mechanical difficulties from time to time. If you have someone traveling with you who has trouble walking up the stairs in case of power failure or elevator not working due to reasons beyond our control, consider signing up for travel insurance for a very nominal price through VRBO.

Please put all dirty towels in the bathtub.
Trash goes in the bear-proof dumpster located at the far end of the parking lot. Please do not send children to take out the trash as they are difficult to open and there can be bears in the area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our condo can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. Please be sure to check with us if you have more guests.
No events or parties are allowed in the condo. This is our family vacation home. Please respect and use our home accordingly.
There is an additional fee for any guests over 6 which will be $10 per person per night.

A quiet place with great views

A very nice place. It was just as described and as shown in the pictures. And very clean! They responded immediately to a minor issue given a quick phone call. They left towel animals on each of the beds. I would recommend this condo as a good place to stay.🙂

Best view of the bears!

Older but very nice accommodations. Enjoyed the daily visit from the family of 5 bears that came almost everyday. Figured out that light switches needed to stay on for the outlets to work. And the hot tub was small but did finally work after the third day. Rooms were nice and well supplied. Great place to stay!

Great location

The condo was great. It is close to town but felt like it was in the woods. The trolley stop is in easy walking distance and we took it a couple of days to town. The beds are comfortable. The living area is small and would be a bit cramped for a large group. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Other VRBO properties where i have stayed had very little. There was shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. We saw bears behind the building every day. They were grazing on the grass and leaves or climbing trees, minding their own business. It was fun to watch them from the balcony.

Nice stay

The condo was clean and well taken care of. However, it is very dark in there and we had almost ll the lights on, even during the day, when we were there. A suggestion may be some ‘can” type lights in the ceiling. But, overall, it was perfect!

Just like walking into your own home!

What an amazing setup This condo had three full bedrooms with three bathrooms a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a very welcoming living room with a working gas fireplace. Every comfort of home you could ask for it even had a heating pad which amazed me and I never expected. It was clean safe location and overlooks in aquista and you can see all the Christmas lights down main Street in Gatlinburg. The communication with the owner the second to none! I will definitely be back. And I'm already trying to book for next year.

The room was nice and clean needed a bit of work but overall it was nice and clean. The stairs area were not that clean, the pool area where you enter through was a bit smelly. The pool was not open because of the covid 19 a bit upsetting. Other pools in the area were open.

Small Unit

The unit was very small and had NO closets in two of the bedrooms. The only closet in the entire unit was in one of the bedrooms. The unit had only two small windows, both in a bedroom. Though the unit had 3 bedrooms, it had only 4 chairs and a small table that, at best, was suitable for only 4 people. Parking was a real issue with extremely small parking spots and sometimes we could not find a space to park.

This property met our needs.

This condo was comfortable, roomy and supplied everything we needed to cook with. It has a washer and dryer that works fabulously. When I come back to Gatlinburg I will choose to stay here again. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. We also saw several bears while we were there. I do think that since there isn't an icemaker that there should be more than 2 ice trays available to use. Id say a total of 8 would be perfect. Thank you for the supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and little extras that weren't necessarily listed. We appreciated everything. Tiny, dark condo

We were disappointed with the property. To share the positives: we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms (one for each bedroom). That really helped us get going in the morning. The beds were VERY comfortable. The price was reasonable. However, the condo is small. The furniture in the bedrooms is large and does not provide much space to be comfortable and move around. There was only one closet available to use. There is very little natural light/views due to the fact the windows are so narrow which is a shame because it has a great location to view the town at night. The parking lot is so sloped - difficult to walk and slippery when wet. The pool is also very tiny! The elevator to the complex smells. The whole condo needs a fresh coat of paint - something lighter to make it feel larger and brighter. The microwave had buttons that didn't work and the front bathroom's toilet was tricky to flush. It clogged up the final day. The condo owner was quick to respond when we had trouble finding the unit. The starter pack with paper towels, soap, toilet paper was quite helpful. Kitchen was adequately stocked. The water pressure/temperature of the showers was good. Overall, we were uncomfortable in the unit. Not enough space to eat (only seating for 4 at a very small table), we had 7 in our party. It was too dark with dark paint colors that didn't help. And every room was super tiny. We would not rent again as it didn't meet our needs for space and accessible parking. This was our first time in Gatlinburg and while it was lovely, it was also super expensive. We didn't want to eat at home though because it was so uncomfortable to dine at that tiny table for 4 which is pushed up against the wall so it only practically seats 3. There really is no space to move it out from the wall. The unit was clean and there was a sense of hospitality when we arrived. This was our first time renting in Gatlinburg... now I know what to look for and what I guess I'll have to pay.

We fell in love with Gatlinburg on our first visit. Endless attractions for the children and serenity from the Great Smokey Mountain make this an ideal vacation spot for even the pickiest family member.

What makes this property unique

The proximity to the Main Parkway is very convenient for us. The walk by the little stream always manages to surprise us with little visual treasures with it's resident wild duck families. This is one of the reasons why my children are always ready for a walk to the Parkway, which is only about 4 blocks away.
