About this property

Annie's Smoky View | Views, Hot Tub, Pool Table

Perched on a ridge overlooking old-growth woodlands and boasting spectacular views of the mountains, Annie’s Smoky View is blissfully quiet and private—so much so, you’ll be amazed at just how close it is to so many of the area’s attractions. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Loop, and downtown Gatlinburg are mere minutes away. There’s even a trolley close by so that you don’t have to drive into downtown—no worrying about finding parking!

The log cabin has 2 en-suite bedrooms, one on each floor, making it just as comfortable for 2 couples vacationing together as for a family. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a full bathroom (no waiting in line to take a shower in the morning!). The upstairs bedroom has a slight advantage over the downstairs: Its bathroom includes a jetted tub.

Then again, the downstairs bedroom is just a few steps from the lower deck, which has a spacious hot tub. As if soaking among steamy jets of water weren’t pampering enough, now you can do so while gazing out at the mountains during the day or up at the star-studded sky at night.

You don’t have to be in the hot tub to savor the sights and sounds of the Smoky Mountains. The screened-in front porch has a bistro table where you can sit and enjoy your first cup of coffee while watching the sunrise (assuming you can tear yourself away from that sumptuous king-size bed so early!). There are rockers on the porch as well, and one of the 2 decks even has a porch swing. You’ll have to race the kids to be able to claim that seating spot!

Back inside, the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of windows so that you can savor the sunshine even as you cook, surf the web, or gather on the plush sofas to watch a movie on the flat-panel TV with DVD player. You’ll love stretching out on a couch beneath the ceiling fan when you return from hiking or biking in summer, as much as you’ll relish perching by the wood-burning fireplace with a hot cocoa after a day of skiing in winter. One of the sofas opens into a bed for 2, should you have additional guests.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, gadgets, cookware, and tableware you need to host a holiday feast or reheat leftover pizza. Even if you plan to dine out for most of your meals, it’s still handy to have a refrigerator to keep juice boxes or wine chilled and a blender for mixing up milkshakes or margaritas. There’s a charcoal grill by the front entrance too: If you reel in some trout from one of the nearby streams, grill it up outdoors the way the locals do.

You don’t have to travel far for some after-dinner entertainment: Just head downstairs to the game room. Shoot some pool at the full-size billiard table, play a board game at the checker table… or head out to the deck’s hot tub for another restorative soak!

When you stay at Annie’s Smoky View, you can pack light. Not only do we provide all the bedding and towels you’ll need (leave yours at home where they belong!), but the cabin has its own washer and dryer as well. This could be the first time you return home from vacation with a suitcase filled with clean clothes!

With all the conveniences of home, in a beautiful and peaceful location that’s just minutes from hiking, biking, skiing, golfing, go-karting, zip lining, and more, Annie’s Smoky View may become the site of your best vacation yet. Experience it for yourself; book your reservation today!

Anniversary Trip
The cabin was very clean, the pool table, hot tub, and fireplace were all enjoyable. The location is not far from downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge was also pretty close. Only drawbacks about the cabin were that the hot tub lacked privacy from the neighboring cabin, some of the screened in porch screens were torn, and the upstairs bed was worn and hard. Communicating with the property management was easy and they were prompt in their replies before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again if we come back through this area.

Great cabin
Great cozy cabin , two good size bedrooms each had own bathroom . Two levels with porches with nice views of the mountains. The cabin was clean and organized. The Cabin had all essentials, I do recommend bringing your own spices to cook. Cabin was easy to find and easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg , grocery store and surrounding attractions .

Great Fall Getaway 🍁🍂💞
Us and our two friends really enjoyed the cabin in the surrounding beauty of the mountains and the Beautiful fall colors! The cabin lived up to everything it promised and I would highly recommend it to anybody who wants a getaway with a beautiful view of the mountains and trees. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but that's also an extra Plus for the cabin as is the game room with the pool table Etc. Highly recommend and be sure and drive through Roaring Fork where we saw Bears the two times we drove through there and climbing up to Clingmans Dome was well worth it also and the drive around Cades Cove is beautiful as well.
