• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

So clean and homey. We needed a place to sleep after spending the day at Dollywood and the cabin was so perfect after a long, hot day to relax with family. We will definitely be rebooking it again!! Wonderful hosts!
It was the perfect location, centralized to downtown Gatlinburg and major roads. The cabin is in a cute communiity, and overall was a great experience.
The cabin was great! It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals at home, but also the location was great for every restaurant we went to, and all the popular attractions. (The Greenbrier and Heirloom room were some of our favorite restaurants. We went to sky park, Anakeesta, and Ober Mountain which were all close by. Aswell as downtown) The hottub was a fan favorite and we used it multiple times a day! Loved sitting on the porch with my morning coffee and a mountain view. Thanks for a great stay, and awesome communication!

Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted you enjoyed the cozy space, the hot tub, and exploring the area—hope to host you again soon!
Great place to stay!! Cozy fireplace, very comfortable beds and great views! The booking process was so simple and the host was great with communication and reminders, we will definitely use them again in the future. Cabin was exactly as pictured, perfect place to relax and gather!
The property serves the purpose but seems run down a bit. Neighbors are closer than I feel like the pics represented and we were able to hear conversations from the deck next door and the house below us (down the hill). I did appreciate the privacy fencing on the deck with the hot tub though. Also - there is poison ivy growing up the fence by the hot tub and it was difficult to sit outside with the carpenter bees, but those are tough to get rid of. Location to downtown is very convenient! Communication from Kirkland was GREAT-made the check in/check out simple. I think the cabin needs some furniture replaced & some personal touches (maybe a blue tooth speaker, deck of cards, wine glasses). Overall, We enjoyed our weekend.
My family and I enjoyed staying here. Our host communicated with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. The location was nice, quiet and near all of the family attractions we were interested in. The home was as listed and we enjoyed the hot tub on site. We would definitely stay here again.
