The views cannot be beat. Sunsets were top notch. Condo was clean and well kept. Host was helpful and accommodating. The only negative is walking up 3 flights of stairs but I knew that when I booked it so not a big deal.

A wonderful stay with our grandson. The Mountain Views were gorgeous! Loved spotting some bears on the property and near the roads near by. The condo was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smoky Mountain Memories. The condo unit was very clean and comfortable with great views of the Smoky Mountains. The layout was great with plenty of hooks to hang items. The tips and recommendations of places to visit were also very helpful. We look forward to returning in the near future!

Place was great! Had a fantastic view with a very cozy lodging set up. Only reason I would not return is because the hot tub temperature is set to low, but the pool/spa area was clean.
