The property is lovely, a cute, comfortable, clean 3 bedroom with nice decor. We especially enjoyed the pool, the fire pit, and the enclosed back porch. The beautiful ocean beach, Ponquogue, was a short drive, and we were able purchase day parking pass there upon entry. The kitchen contained everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Alicia was awesome, readily available to answer questions. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. You won’t regret choosing Alicia’s place!

Amazing property, location and hospitality!

Alicia couldn't have been a better host and the house was beautiful - such attention to details! The kids loved the pool and the beach was only a 6min drive. We hope to come back!

Alicia is a miracle!

I have rented beach houses every summer since 2017 for me and my kids. Alicia was by far the best host we ever had. She has her property running like a well oiled machine. Everything exceeded my expectations and she respectfully gave me and my family space while also making sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely rent from her again. The house on Riverdale is beautiful and was perfect for me and my two young children. Great vacation!!!!
