absolutely loved this place! Great location and within walking distance (2-5min) of the best local restaurants and the train depot. The apartment was clean and warm, beds were comfortable and very little street noise during the night. All the best hikes in the park were less than a 10 minute drive from our location. we really enjoyed staying here.

We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable with well appointed kitchen just as advertised. Very convenient walk to two nearby restaurants, a coffee shop, the railroad and the CVNP Towpath Trail. Perfect location for our exploration of the CVNP. We would be happy to return again sometime.

We had a wonderful time using Mott Apartment as a base for a day and a half exploring Cuyahoga Valley NP. We loved the open, clean space and Rich, the host, was proactive with communicating details to make our arrival simple and stress-free. We appreciated the “small” touches, like coffee to get us started and fresh flowers. We would love to come back in the future!

The property was great in a great location in Peninsula and near CVNP trails. We enjoyed walking to coffee, the train depot, and dinner. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for our stay.

We loved staying in this apartment. Very cozy and central to everything. Bathroom is not large but it does include a washer and dryer along with supplies. Well stocked kitchen with some condiments and spices not normally seen in rentals. Blackout curtains were appreciated in the bedroom. Fresh flowers throughout the apartment were a nice touch.We enjoyed walking around town but had a disappointing experience at Fishers. Would not recommend going there, but we do recommend staying in the apartment.

Great rental, perfect size for the 2 of us as we each had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed, very convenient location. The only negative comment would be the traffic noise from the street on Saturday night and Monday morning was quite loud. There is a sound machine in the room with the queen bed which did help with the noise. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay! Rich was very quick to respond to my questions before we arrived.

The property is really cute and comfortable. Parking is right at the door and there are restaurants within one minute walking. Access to the Scenic Railroad is just around the corner. For those accessing the National Park, the property is virtually in the park. Highly recommend this place.

The Mott Apartment is the ideal rental for visiting the Cuyahoga Valley National Park area! My husband and I visited with our small dog and found the apartment ideal for all our needs. The rental is well appointed, clean, and perfect for a couple or small family. The living room was comfortable for relaxing and watching TV, while the bedroom was comfortable and very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have the washer and dryer after all the hiking we did. The parking spot made coming and going a breeze. Our location made visiting a variety of national park trails easy and convenient. Being located right in town made walking to restaurants and the coffee shop so handy. We didn't get around to biking during our trip due to some rainy days, but there is a bike rental shop right next door and the tow path for biking is a block away. The host, Rich, provided great instructions and suggestions. He also provided water bottles and fresh flowers throughout the unit that was a lovely touch. There are very few rentals within the park, so if this unit is available we would highly recommend booking it!

Property is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you need for a wonderful stay has been provided. Within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and the national park. Host is helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend staying at either property owned by the host.

We weren’t able to stay at this property due to some maintenance issues, but Richard set us up at the Bronson Barn which was an amazing place for our stay. The Barn had everything we needed and an amazing outdoor space. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place with everything we needed for an excellent extended weekend in Peninsula, OH. Only item preventing this from being five-stars is the queen-sized bed mattress was the hardest thing we've slept on in quite some time. For a few hundred capex on a new mattress, the owner can make this place close to perfect.
