We were very happy with our stay. Very comfortable for the 4 adults that stayed and plenty of room for our 2 college children to come visit. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. Also appreciated the safe neighborhood for my morning runs.

Perfect guests! Always will be welcomed for return visits.
Very unique home. Older home but with a lot of character. The pool table in the basement was a hit. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything you would need. Would stay there again.
If your looking for a place in North Milwaukee, look no further
Very impressed with the property. Very clean and well organized. Host went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Would rent again if we are back in the area.
My family of 4 wanted a quick getaway before school started back up. The Glass House was in a quiet neighborhood just 20 min from downtown. It had everything we needed and we had so much room! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The Glass House was wonderful for our golf get-away, playing some of the best courses in the country, Whistling Straits and Erin Hills. We also played Brown Deer, The Bull and The Bog. Our trip was timed to enjoy Summerfest and Cedarburg's Strawberry Festival. The house is a gem and location is perfect for easy access North, South, West and a very short drive East to the lake.

What a pleasure to have this foursome as guests. Hope they return next year!
Great guest house. Very comfortable with full amenities. Especially appreciative of David going the extra mile to provide mobility assistance on short notice, and the extras like the coffee grinder and cookies.
comfortable space for four adults and two children (5 & 3). Three bedrooms and two baths (and a half bath) provided room for everyone. Great yard for kids to run around in. Nearby a number of parks and close enough to Milwaukee center to easily get in for dining and activities in the center.

Thank you for the kind review. It is always a pleasure to host such responsible and considerate guests! VRBO owners note: these are 5-star guests!
Check in was very smooth. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. House was exactly like advertised on site, with one small exception. The bed in the master bedroom was not a queen, but a full bed. Not a huge deal. Our host was so kind and even sent us cookies during our stay. The location was so quiet and peaceful at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Pardon, but the bed in the master bedroom is, in fact, a queen-size bed, as is the bed in bedroom #2. They use the same size bed linens interchangeably. 😁
The house is very spacious, clean and beautiful. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed (including a massage chair!).
The grounds are huge, and our kids loved running around outside.
The location is in a quiet subdivision but very convenient to the freeway.
The owner is very responsive, and when a small issue came up, it was rectified very quickly.
We would love to come back and stay here again for our next trip to Milwaukee.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The house is huge, with lots of space to spread out, and SUPER comfortable beds! The glass collection is gorgeous and so neat to have on display--we loved being able to enjoy that every day! And location is great--I highly recommend the Lake Park drive down to Milwaukee (as opposed to the highway) that the owner recommends--gorgeous architecture and so peaceful! Most of all, the owner is WONDERUL and made us feel so welcome and comfortable! Communication was perfect, and check in and check out as easy as could be. I felt like I was staying with family rather than at a rental. Highly recommend!!

Such a kind and thoughtful review, but not unexpected from these most perfect guests! Any host would be lucky to provide a home to this lovely family.

This unusual home is both a fun 80s time capsule and even more beautiful than the photos. It’s HUGE! We loved the museum quality glass display and the massive kitchen and master suite (TWO walk-in closets, a SUPER comfy bed, and a giant bathroom. I did more ironing in the laundry room than I had for years; it was so nice to have an ironing board in front of a corner window. We saw a hummingbird, a House Finch, and s coyote pup in the back yard. The house was quiet and worked out perfectly for our visit.

Thank you for the glowing review. Your family will always be welcomed guests at The Glass House.
As soon as we walked into the front door of this retro 1980s house it made you feel like you are at home. I know most people don’t mention about the beds, but they were very comfortable. The location is great for all the things you want to do in the Milwaukee area. Yet this house and the surrounding area makes you feel like you’re out in the country and not in the city. The ranch split floor plan made it comfortable whether you are with family or friends. The backyard barbecue area is great and the pool table down in the lower level cause several fun family matches.
