Main house will cost $249/night plus one time $250 cleaning fees. Bunkie on the water will cost an additional $150/night plus one time $150 cleaning fees and Studio Apartment will cost an additional $150/night plus one time $150 cleaning fees will sleep 3 people.. You can reserve one building or all three together depending on number of visitors, for a larger group up to 14 people for a total cost of $525 per night. $1,000 refundable security fee will be required.
