The house features a beautifully renovated kitchen, spacious living areas, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, all designed with your comfort in mind.

You're also welcome to make use of our private outdoor area, where you can soak up the sun by the pool, enjoy a meal al fresco, or simply relax in the tranquility of our lot.

Please note that while you'll have full use of the house, the garage is not accessible for guests. This is reserved for storage and maintenance use.

House Rules:
7 Guests allowed to stay at the home.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided no less than 72 hours before arrival. An accurate guest count must be provided. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
No Parties or Events.
No Loud Music
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (City Rules)
Please respect our neighbors & reduce noise.
Maximum of 2 Pets (dogs only) allowed with prior approval only.
There is absolutely NO smoking inside of the home.
Parking: 3 Spots available in the main driveway. Please no street or swale parking.
Check in is at 4 pm.
Check out is at 10 am.
Early check-in upon request & availability.
Take out trash on the night before trash days (Sunday nights & Wednesday Nights) (Monday & Thursday mid mornings are town trash pickup days) Trash bins are located on the north side of the house). once trash has been picked up place the trash bins back in their respective location.
Please lock all doors & windows each time you leave the property (The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.)
No visitors in the house other than those on the reservations.
Security cameras are not to be tampered with or covered. Any damage will be charged directly to the renter.

Pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee each.

We DO NOT offer a lost and found. But if something is left behind please message us and we will more than gladly look around for the item and if found we will return immediately (any shipping costs if applicable to be covered by Renter).
A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE of $100 will apply.
We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed at check-out.
Any missing/ damaged towels or items will be charged.

Upon check in please send a picture of your driver's license and if you have a car the make, model & tag number of vehicle which will be parking within the property (City Rules).
Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness: This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it. We welcome quiet couples and families in our rental. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed. If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from Owner. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable: we are not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues. The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests. Copyright Infringement: Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Starter Supplies: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
