Great downtown location with such charm!
Loved this little house! It was the perfect modern mixed with traditional “grandparent house.” Honestly, exactly what we were looking for when we came to Fargo. Minutes away from main downtown shops. Great location!

Not as advertised
The house was very clean. However, when we got there, the yard was completely overgrown, you couldn't walk down the path to the front door. Inside, the downstairs was pretty kept up but the upstairs was very worn down and not in good shape. The bathroom door didn't close without being lifted and forced. Everything appeared aged and there was a lot of chipped paint and worn areas. There were 4 towels total supplied for 4 people for 9 days, so we had to do laundry. The ad said that there was a washer and dryer. It also said that we were not allowed in the basement - but when I emailed and asked, the washer and dryer were in the basement. And the washer only worked on certain settings - and the dryer, we had to jury rig the door to stay closed to work. The kitchen had almost no silverware, so we had to share for meals. And we had to request the wifi password. The property has a lot of potential - but needs some work to make it more comfortable.
