This 1 bedroom studio is part of a single-family home in the Loma Linda neighborhood that has been renovated & divided into multiple private suites. Centrally located & minutes away from:
• Sky Harbor Airport
• Grand Canyon University
• Phx Convention Center
• Camelback Mountain

Each private suite includes its own:
• Entrance & exit
• Bathroom
• Kitchenette
• A/C unit, ceiling fans, & central A/C

Like an apartment building, exterior common areas are shared between guests (see Guest access).
We have a team of housekeepers who are by most days to maintain the house and we have landscapers and pool folks who come by as well.

I currently live onsite in the main house with my 3 friendly pets. I have 2 very friendly cats named Sushi and Sunflower. I also have a big dog named Jake. He is a mix of Pitbull American Staffordshire. He is very people friendly!
Loma Linda is a quiet Phoenix neighborhood nestled between multiple hospitals, the Biltmore, and major freeways. Located less than 5 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, it’s the perfect location for convenient access to anywhere in the city. Loma Linda is a friendly neighborhood full of families, and you can expect to find neighbors walking their dogs and chatting in the evenings. Our neighborhood is very walkable with easy access to groceries, the pharmacy, and coffee - all on foot!

This area is a great home base for guests looking to enjoy local attractions. Here are a few of our favorites:

Dining and shopping at Fashion Square Mall (7 mi) or Camelback Colonnade (1 mi)
Hiking at Camelback (5 mi) or Squaw Peak (5 mi)

Street parking is available anywhere in the neighborhood within accordance with city parking laws - allow 5 feet of space on either side of trash cans, bulk trash piles, fire hydrants, and driveways when parking. Please be courteous with our patient and wonderful neighbors who would appreciate their driveways not blocked by guest vehicles.
Cozy one-bedroom guest suite with a queen bed, suitable for up to two people. Private tiny bathroom includes a standing shower, toilet, and sink.

Private kitchenette includes:
• Microwave
• Mini fridge
• Burner hot plate (no stove available)
• Tea kettle
• Toaster
• Cooking equipment
• Two-person dining table

This suite shares walls with other units, and sound does transfer between them. Each unit has a white noise machine and earplugs. Our quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.
