Newly renovated modern home nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with wonderful neighbors. Features screened in outdoor lanai area with comfortable seating, large yard, spacious modern home. 16 minutes from NAS JAX, 20 minutes from Avondale/ Riverside/ Downtown, 15 minutes from Orange Park Mall, and 12 minutes from Oakleaf Town Center, 35 minutes from Jacksonville Beach, 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
Baby room furniture and king bed are not included in stay. However, there will be a pack n play available for use. Master bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a twin bed, bedroom 3 has a pack n play. The couch could also be used to sleep 1 person.
