About this property

Two bedroom, one bath condo with two living spaces is an excellent way to decompress from the madness of Orlando. It’s just walking distance to quaint downtown Clermont, Lake Minneola, and the South Lake trail. The South Lake trail connects with the West Orange trail which goes to Winter Garden and Clarcona Horse Park. This area is known for sports of all kinds, especially water sports and cycling, and is aptly named the Choice of Champions. Downtown Clermont has shops, restaurants, bars, and two breweries. It also hosts many numerous festivals and a fabulous Farmers Market. You can ride bikes to Winter Garden in the morning, lounge on the Waterfront Park beach in the afternoon, catch dinner and the sunset at the Tiki Bar, then listen to live music at Clermont Brewing Company. It’s a great escape from Disney World, or just a beautiful spot to spend the warm winter days.

Absolutely amazing

First of all the pictures don’t do it justice, this condo is so cute and clean we absolutely loved it. They had a lot of things that we thought we would need to bring, such as foil, plastic wrap, paper plates. The owners were so nice even when I was so tired my brain wouldn’t let me process how to use the fancy lock system on the door. I will definitely stay here again!

Lake Dot

The condo was clean and spacious. Close to town, maybe a 5 min walk. Plenty of things to do and see downtown Clermont. Breweries, shopping and food. The farmers market on Sunday did not disappoint. There's no open container law in town which allows you to get a beverage and walk around. ☆☆☆☆☆
