It was a really nice place, but they ask for doing pretty much everything before you leave and there are still like service fees and cleaning fees for more than 150, but apart of that the place is really nice

Response from VrboOwner on 7 July 2026
If "everything" at check-out: strip bed & put into a basket; run dishwasher. The, yes that's our check-out request. This guest put 20lb bag charcoal bricks into PROPANE grill & destroyed it. Neighbor told them it's a gas grill. Their response: "oh well." They tried to refuse the damages. Service fees are VRBOs. Cleaning fee includes a large list of equipment amenities: kayaks, canoe, fishing gear, hot tub, lakeshore, firepit, bikes and MORE.....not to mention aforementioned gas grill.
