This was a beautiful place to stay! The home had everything we needed and the communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed walking into town and exploring- it was an easy walk from the home.

Stay was amazing!

Our host James and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable . The house was immaculate and enough room for me and my family, it was 6 of us and we all were very well taken care of . The host was available at all times . I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future, the location is perfect , you can walk downtown and enjoy the local shops and restaurants.

Wonderful House!

Our family really enjoyed the Royellou House for our stay in Mount Dora! Everything was very clean and James was so accommodating! We were able to walk to downtown Mt. Dora. Will hopefully be back next year.

Extraordinary home

Six of us had a wonderful stay at this home. The first thing that you notice is that everything has been modernized and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking tools, a selection of coffee and teas, and a good ice maker. All the rooms are spacious, and everything is spotless. It IS on a pretty main street so there are the inevitable loud music playing vehicles driving by at times. It was nice to all sit on the front porch and chat in the mornings and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Valentines trip

We were very impressed with Royellou House. The property was very clean and very close to downtown Mt. Dora. We walked to town for shopping and eating during our stay which was a huge plus for us. Also have some great local food fares within a couple blocks of the house. Kitchen was well stocked and the place, had great towels and was pretty roomy given its size. Definitely recommend

Girlfriends weekend retreat

The property is absolutely charming and we really enjoyed spending time on the front porch. The layout of the house was great for the six of us and had all the amenities you would need and also immaculately clean. Great location, easy walk to downtown and a 5 minute drive to Renninger's flea market & antique center. James is a wonderful host and we would definitely stay here again.

Renovated historic home. Perfect for six people. Walkable to some of Mount Dora’s restaurants ( we were all 75+). Pleasant neighborhood. Host has thought of everything!

Perfect House

This was our family's 3rd Thanksgiving stay in this VRBO. It is so clean (which is so important to us as we have stay in other VRBO that were not) It has everything that we need. The property is in a great location to walk to town, the marina or the lighthouse. We have no need to use the car to go anywhere in Mount Dora. We will be returning!
