You can't beat the location! Just steps away from the popular shops, restaurants and parks. This is a two-story duplex with separate entrances to both the upstairs and downstairs. The home can be rented as an upper level, lower level, or both for a large group.

This listing is for the LOWER LEVEL of the home.

The LOWER LEVEL and has its own secured entrances and a ramp at the back of the house for handicapped accessibility.

Access is from the front porch door, or from the back door, on the back porch via keypad. Keypad code will be given the day of check-in.

Ample parking is located to the right side of the driveway, when facing the home from the street. Approx. 4 cars can fit the space.

The front porch offers a quiet space to enjoy the surroundings...You'll never want to leave!

Bedroom #1 is at the front of the home and has a TV, a king-size bed and its own bathroom with corner shower. *Hair dryer supplied, as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
As a side note: Most guests will walk through this bedroom to get to the front porch. Yes, a little wonky, but it's part of this ol' girl's character! (You can also walk around from the back to get to the front porch).

Bedroom #2 is off the dining area with a TV, 2 full-size beds and a large bathroom with walk-in shower.

Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Gas stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip-coffee maker....ground coffee, creamer, and water supplied. (no ice)

Living room has a sofa bed that can sleep 2. Also a TV and Wifi.

The quiet back porch is off the kitchen and perfect for your morning coffee and bird watching.

All entrances have keypads and the codes will be given the day of check-in.

**If booking both units, the front and back entrances will allow guests to go freely up and downstairs inside the home. The locked door separating the floors will be unlocked only during the stay.
