The outdoor ceiling fan will provide lighting along with a great breeze and is controlled by remote.

There is a house manual that is printed and available, it contains in detail how to enjoy the many features the house has to offer. The manual is located in the foyer area off the living room. There is also a printed manual of the house rules hanging in the entryway hallway wall. Ring door bell at the front door and it will be on.
Ring camera mounted over the garage door and it will be on. Ring camera with auto spotlight on right side of home near gate entrance and it will be on.
