Great location

We walked to the shops and restaurants. It is a quiet location but close enough to walk and not have to worry about parking. There are bikes provided but we walked instead. Great for a getaway

Steve did a great job with this home, it’s well maintained and it has the feel of a comfy cabin in the woods! Everything was clean and ready for us and we enjoyed our three day stay.

We loved this house! It was cute, charming, and very comfortable. Check in was easy and the place had everything we needed. The hosts are easy to reach and quickly tackle any issue. We brought the dogs and they had a blast. Mount Dora is a very dog friendly town. This house is conveniently located a quick walk to 2 great bars and only 0.5 miles to downtown. There were also nearby springs only 20 minutes away. The neighbors are super friendly and the entire town makes you feel at home.

Comfortable Cottage

Comfortable cottage, as described, walking distance to dining. Our recommendation: Fifth Avenue Streatery , it gets an A+. Cottage is Close to downtown and highway to Orlando, etc. I recommend it to anyone.

Loved the area!

The location was perfect, close to local restaurants and short drive to beautiful parks/downtown Mt Dora. Everything was very clean. The home is quite small, so good for couples or small family. Very cozy. Obviously an older house but has been renovated beautifully without taking from its vintage style. If I ever have to stay in Mt Dora again I would love to stay here.

Clean stay / Pet Friendly

Steve was great at communicating and very welcoming. There was even a kennel we were allowed to use for our dog, not something I’ve seen at other listings. Made it much easier than bringing our own. Property was just as described, clean, and had everything we needed.

Perfect Weekend
