This was our second stay. We found the residence clean in every way. Even better than some rief rate models. That went for bedroom with TV, bathroom with tiled walk- in shower, kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, disposal, and living- dining area with TV, recliner, and sofa sleeper. The screened entry had a clothes washer and dryer. The ghosts were cordial, accommodating, very responsive to our communication. Soul we had another opportunity to stay in the area, we'll check here first.

An excellent place to stay and excellent value. The host is available and accommodating. We had some personal scheduling quirks and Bill was more than gracious in adjusting to our needs. Cleanliness was top notch. Kitchen was small but more than adequate, with microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, toaster and coffee maker. Washer and dryer are available as well. A Roku tv in living area and bedroom. It exceeds most motels for the price. Very satisfied.

This place has thought of everything. From extra towels and bathroom items (i.e shampoo, conditioner, hair drier, etc) to coffee and filters for the coffee pot. The kitchen is fully stocked with salt and pepper to foil and zip locks. They have books to read and puzzles and games for a relaxing night in. We have stayed multiple times and will return again.

Thanks... we try to do and provide the things we want when we go away and stay in VRBO rentals. Looking forward to your next visit. Hopefully we have done as well with the upstairs unit. FYI I don't know if you're aware, but the last weekend in Apr is the Leesburg Bike Fest. Thanks, Bill & Betty
