Outdoor space includes a 200 sq ft screened-in porch with furniture and a separate, paved patio with chairs and a charcoal grill. Bicycles on property are for guests’ use. A queen-sized bed and fold-out couch can accommodate up to 4 guests. Owner lives on-site, in main home.
