This is a lovely cottage. Well equipped, clean and in a great location close to downtown Mt Dora. Mt Dora has lots of independent stores, cafes & restaurants and is well worth a visit. The town is in walking distance from this beautiful historic cottage. Teresa & Todd are great hosts, so helpful & who take pride in their accommodation. We highly recommend this cottage.

The most relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable stay!! We travel a lot and can say the this cottage is one of the best stays we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The kitchen is well stocked with anything needed for cooking. The bathroom towels were so thick and soft, not the cheap towels you normally find. From extra blankets, charging cords, games, and a complete “how to” for televisions to the wonderful smell of the cottage, all made for the best weekend we could ask for. I absolutely recommend 100%!!!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for exploring Mt Dora downtown, Rennigers and Kings Landing. The place was very clean, comfortable, well appointed, and quiet. The host was quick to respond with our questions. We recommend this place and will stay again!

The cottage was exactly as depicted cosy and very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed and the amenities are top notch! Wonderful hostess and a very nice place to stay. The best stay we have had and we highly recommend it.

This is the second time we have stayed at Blue Oak Cottage and just like the first time this experience was just as fabulous. The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. The cottage is so quaint with a truly homey feel. I would recommend this listing to anyone visiting Mt Dora.

This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely cottage. The cottage is well equipped, clean & beautifully furnished. It is in a great location & easily walkable to the town centre. The owners ensure all your needs are catered for and we highly recommend staying in this cottage.

We stayed for 2 months in this extremely comfortable cottage. Teresa and Todd are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. Their home is right in front of the cottage but they are not intrusive but are available when needed. The best part is the location which is very private and within walking distance to the downtown and some of our favorite bars/restaurants. Jeremiahs is only a block away. The amenities including the comfortable bed and the full kitchen make your stay very pleasant. We really enjoyed the screened in porch for reading and puzzling. You can't go wrong staying here if you are lucky enough to be able to book it

The hosts really went above and beyond in creating a comfortable and enjoyable cottage. Bed is super comfortable and there is a lot of available seating and ample storage for clothes and stuff. There are how to guides for everything you need to know from operating the TV in the bedroom to the TV in the living room to the humidifier, the air conditioner, etc.. Every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen has labels telling you what is stored there. There are a plethora of books and games. This cottage was stocked with everything that you could possibly need and more. The hosts are quick to respond if you have questions or need help. I would choose this place over a 5 star hotel every time!

Perfect Cottage

Great location, easy to get downtown and to the lake. Owners were fantastic, we were able to check in early and check out late. Everything in the cottage was fantastic and thoughtfully planned out. Will always recommend and stay on any other trip to Mt Dora

Amazing property! It was all you could expect, clean, neat, organized, and the owner was gracious.

Excellent, would definitely return and have already forwarded this property to several friends who go to Mt. Dora for a getaway.

Lovely cottage in a great location

The Blue Oak cottage was adorable, clean, cozy and very well stocked. The hosts put a lot of love and care into the place, and we had everything we needed for a perfect visit. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the screened porch - just lovely!

Awesome place

This is a superb place to rent-owners are over-the-top on every little detail of the cottage! Everything that is shown in pictures are exactly what it is....love this place!

So charming!

We loved our stay at the Blue Cottage. It was a great location close to everything. We loved the decorations and how quaint and comfortable everything was during our stay.
