About this property

Fully furnished, with your own entrance. It's (900sf) in a large house (4240sf). The second floor is exclusively for rental. The hosting couple live on the other end of the first floor. We limit number of guets to two in the house.

A master bedroom, a full bathroom and a kitchenette. An electrical induction burner, microwave oven and toaster oven are used for cooking. The only common area is the laundry room.

This unit can be combined with another unit.
Conveniently located between Portland and Old Orchard Beach. Ken’s Place Seafood restaurants are around the corner. A short walk to Scarborough Marsh.

You can go to the laundry room in the basement anytime. Request for use of piano, bikes and canoe beore booking.
