Access to a large community pool and hot tub from April 1 to September 30. It is 0.6 miles from the beach and beach parking is available.

The unit has a propane grill on the patio. Four backpack style beach chairs are available for use. There are several games for you to enjoy. We provide a limited amount of laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Check in 4:00 p.m. Saturday and check out at 10:00 a.m. Saturday.

Primary renter 25 or over must occupy the unit during the rental period.

No smoking or vaping inside and only allowed outside the unit with windows and doors closed. No motorcycles, boats, trailers, watercraft, mopeds, scooters, golf cart rentals, or fireworks are allowed at any time. Only property owners are allowed to operate golf carts on the property. Renters must follow all HOA rules. Quiet times must be observed between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No loud parties at any time.
