Parking notes: There are two vehicles allowed per reservation. Additional parking is available in the area. There is one pool pass provided per reservation. If the pass is lost or not returned to the townhouse at check-out, there will be an automatic fee of $100.00 billed to the guest. Motorcycles, boats, trailers, RVs, campers, scooters are not allowed on the property at any time and will be towed by the HOA.

This is a smoke-free townhouse. No smoking or vaping of any kind no exceptions

Hosts were very welcoming and communicative! Home was absolutely lovely! Very clean!! Definitely one of our favorite places, we have discussed staying there again it the hosts will have us! We have never explored that area of Cherry Grove, it is a sweet place to be!!
Dinner at Original Benjamins, last night at the beach! We are sad to be leaving.

Beautiful, clean condo with wonderful owners who were only a text away for questions. Nice that it is right across from our pic beach access walkway and has its own gated pool conveniently located beside it!

Hidden gem!

Beautiful modern beachy themed condo. We stayed 2 nights for a family gathering. The decor is amazing, very thoughtfully planned out with comfy beds, plenty of linens, and all the kitchen equipment you need. The coffee bar is a nice extra! Nice calm, relaxing escape. Would definitely stay again!

The week couldn’t have been better! Gorgeous townhome in a quiet community, wooded back lot off patio. Professionally decorated & stocked well/ never lacked a thing! Beautiful big community pool with hot tub! Located close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Cathy the hostess is delightful & always accessible for any questions! Highly recommend!

Friends weekend trip

After several years of not being able to travel, we finally got to take our Yaya beach trip. This condo is so quaint and pretty. Was very clean and updated so nicely. The owners were very quick to reply and check in with us. Beach access was directly across the street. Nice front porch to feel the ocean breeze. We had a great time and was a great place to stay! No noise at night and mostly families as neighbors. Also very close and convenient to food and activities.

Cute condo

This beach condo is so incredibly cute and convenient. Comfortable beds and everything we needed for a perfect girls weekend. The direct beach access was a huge plus as we would rinse off beach chairs and umbrellas and keep in our car. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. The decor throughout was darling and living room furniture very comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed to prepare a few meals. Cathy was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. We miss it already

Perfect Spot in Cherry Grove

This condo is right across the street from public beach access, allowing you to get on the sand in less than a minute! The building is older and the hallways are a bit dark and dated but this unit itself is updated and nicely decorated. You even get a small view of the ocean from the patio. The AC units are pretty loud but they do a good job keeping the place cool. The front bedroom was the exception but there's a fan that pulls air in from the main living space to help out with that. That bedroom has no dresser or closet so it got a little cluttered with luggage. The master, on the other hand, is quite roomy and has a seating area, nightstands, and a dresser (no closet available for use). We liked that there were two full baths and that towels, hand soap, toilet paper, room spray, and sink organizers were provided. The kitchen was also thoughtfully equipped with newer appliances, common necessities and general condiments already stocked. We didn’t use the laundry room (located on the main floor) so can’t speak to their function or condition, however, they appeared to be older machines. They take $1.50 for the washer and $1 for the dryer, quarters only. The pool area is nice and the water looked clean and cared for. Parking is really convenient as it's located around the building instead of offsite. Local and chain restaurants, merch shops, and ice cream are nearby, as is Boulineau's, a Cherry Grove landmark that has anything you could ever need. Cathy was very pleasant and responsive the times that I needed to text her. We had an overall great experience and would definitely rent this unit again!

Overall cute, clean, nice location

Overall I thought the property was very cute, clean, and had a great location. We were unable to use the main bathroom as the ceiling was molded and was unsafe. Cathy did let us know about this the day we were checking in. I understand things happen, but I felt as if we were left in the dark on that matter. If I would've known that detail beforehand, I probably wouldn't have booked. I am assuming that is why it was mentioned so last minute. The AC also went out the week before our stay, so we were unsure if we would still be able to stay or not. Thankfully it got replaced. After checking out and all of the last minute packing that comes along with that, we accidentally left with the parking pass still in our car. Cathy asked that we overnight it which then cost us an additional $27. Normally would not be an issue, but given everything that had already happened, I felt we deserved a little grace. No type of discount was ever offered even though she tried to cancel on us TWO HOURS before we arrived. I have never ever had any issues traveling like I have with this experience.

We had a great stay. Newly updated and renovated unit and was nice and quaint. The 2nd bedroom did get a little warm but we set the ac at 66 to help cool it off.
