With amenities like CENTRAL AC, free WiFi, WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER, OUTDOOR GRILL. Your kids will love our OUTDOOR SHOWER (hot and cold water) Your stay will be convenient and stress-free. The 2 full bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. A wagon, cooler and beach toys provided. FREE PARKING just 11 STEPS to the FRONT DOOR. LARGE OUTDOOR DECK for relaxing outdoor time.
EAST of Rt. 17 and CLOSE TO THE BEACH!! Between 16th and 17th Ave. Walking distance to MOLLY DARCY'S IRISH PUB AND RESTAURANT on the beach and the NEW MARGARITAVILLE!! Even Closer walk to MR. G'S ICE CREAM on 17th. Both streets have PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS AND PARKING.

This house was everything I wanted and needed it to be, would absolutely stay here again! Parking was great being right beside the house, just a quick walk to the beach. Glad we chose here for the baby’s first beach trip!

Great location just blocks from beach! The Host was incredible and communication was great and we kept in touch throughout the whole process. Only downside was the neighbors are so close you could hear their music from inside their house. But overall, great stay and just what we needed for a long weekend stay.

Parking and access was great. We loved the cottage. It was bright and spacious. There was just the two of us but would be great for a family. The internet for the tv was sporadic. We sat and waited for it to buffer a lot so watching a show was not ideal. During nicer weather this would not be an issue as beach time would be the thing to do. It is close to the beach so that’s a plus. Comfy king bed in master bedroom. We enjoyed our 3 day stay.

The Hogan Beach House was incredible. Great location. So close to the beach and anywhere else you would want to go. My husband and friends and I stayed for a week while attending a wedding nearby and had the best and most relaxing stay. Such a cute house, great decor, and the owners are so nice! Would 10/10 recommend!

Very very very nice home, so much I would like to request each time I come down to the beach. Everything was in walking or driving distance. I loved the walk to the beach, shops, food and nice ppl. Amazing stay, amazing area. No complients but a few bugs (I can't stand bugs). But I know because of climate they will be around.

Google directions and check in very easy. The hosts are very knowledgeable and helpful. House of Hogan is OUTSTANDING!!! Very spacious and updated along with the beach decor this house is great. The house is extremely clean and has pretty much anything you will need. They have everything you will want to take to the beach. I loved the covered patio porch. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Short walk to the beach and to a few restaurants and gift shops. The location for driving is close to grocery stores and restaurants and shopping. If I could give more than 5 stars I would positively do so. This is a wonderful beach house!
