This newly updated, non-smoking condo with ocean views, Wifi and luxury vinyl plank flooring has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. There is one king sized bed in the main bedroom, one queen in the second bedroom and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. All bathrooms have ensuite privileges. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher & microwave. All utensils, cookware, pans, plates, glasses, Keurig coffee maker, indoor grill and crock pot are provided for your culinary needs. The condo has 4 tv's including a 55" tv in the main living area. There is a full capacity washer & dryer in the unit. No pets, motorcycles or trailers allowed per HOA rules.

The property has a lazy river, indoor/outdoor pools, kiddie pool, sundeck, hot tub, fitness center and plenty of covered parking.

Easy Access. Electronic door lock. No need to check in.

Strict Noise Policy: No Noise after 11pm and before 8am.
Garbage must be emptied in the trash chute at the end of the hall on the left.
No motorcycles or trailers allowed.

Our family loves golfing and spending time on the beach and North Myrtle Beach is the perfect family getaway. We had vacationed in the North Myrtle Beach area for 10 years and enjoyed it so much we decided to purchase a condo.

Why they chose this property

After renting various units in North Myrtle Beach for family vacations, this property soon became our favorite. It had all the amenities we were looking for including an indoor pool, a fitness center, covered parking and 2 elevators for easy access. We decided on this unit as it is equipped with a spacious interior and has many upgrades. The balcony was also a selling feature as it allows us to enjoy the view from inside too!

What makes this property unique

Crescent Beach is the ultimate family vacation spot and this condo is roomy & spacious, which makes it great for large families. The location of the unit is superb as it's within very close proximity to the beach, without paying the beachfront prices! This property offers many amenities even when the weather is not cooperative. The covered pools and lazy river allow you to have fun when you want to get out of the sun but still enjoy the heat. The North Myrtle Beach area is perfect for families with kids, as the beaches are less crowded and provide plenty of room to play in the sand or kick a soccer ball. We are also close to restaurants, shopping & mini golf.
