About this property

Beautiful Windy Hill-Ocean Grove home. Great location - just steps to the beach!

Our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath patio home is located in the quiet Ocean Grove residential community in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 blocks separates the house from the ocean, making it just steps to the beach. Our home sleeps up to 8 people and has two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the house. You are welcome to enjoy the community pool which also includes a children's pool, and hot tub.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a bar seating area, stainless steel appliances, and small appliances including a full sized Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, can opener, tea kettle, and blender.

Our home is equipped with Gigabit Internet Service from Spectrum Communications providing you with free high-speed wireless internet to use during your stay. All the TV's in the home are "Smart" TV's and DVD players are available for each of them. Several subscriptions streaming services are already provided for your stay allowing you to view hundreds of channels and movies, or you can log in to your own subscribed streaming service. The living room entertainment center has quite a few DVDs, Jigsaw puzzles, and game boards for family and friends fun time. The entire second floor and stairwell has just been renovated with all new luxury vinyl planking as well as a brand new deck just off the upstairs king bedroom.

The Windy Hill area is close to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Walk to the beach to swim, tan, fish, or take romantic evening strolls. It's just over a mile to Barefoot Landing's retail and entertainment village, grocery stores and restaurants, 3 miles to Myrtle Beach Mall and Tanger Outlet Mall, and 12 miles to Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aqaurium, and many other vacation attractions. There's so much to see and do you'll never be bored!

Beach Vacation

Gary’s beach house was extremely clean and beautiful. This house has everything you need. Gary was extremely fast at responding and was very accommodating and attentive to our needs during our stay.

Wonderful Gem - Heart of North Myrtle Beach

The house had everything we needed for a 2 week stay while working remotely. The location is great. In the heart of so many activities and plenty of golfing and restaurants and 3 minutes from the beach. The host had all the household products for us and snacks too. I would highly recommend this place.

Extraordinary!

My family and I decided to get away for the first time for the entire Christmas week and this beautiful home truly made it memorable for us! I was looking for a clean, cozy, accessible and homey feel for my family and this home more than delivered! Based on the reviews I read prior, the home, amenities, extras, accessibility, close proximity to the beach, beautiful welcome basket, air fryer my hubby loved, stocked Kcups, extra towels, board games, movies, etc. this home again more than delivered. I haven’t given too many 4.5 or let alone 5 stars to places we have stayed in as a family, but I must say this one gets every bit of my 5 stars!! And my husband who typically finds at least one thing even agrees. Your standard is a rarity and we thank you for sharing it with us. Happy New Year!

We are currently living in Northern Virginia. Our 3 children have "left the nest" and have their own wonderful careers and families.

Gary grew up in McLean, Virginia, went to college at James Madison University, served in the Navy, worked for Christian Ministry, and has just recently retired after working over 20 years at the U.S. Secret Service.

Madiline grew up in Manila, Philippines. She has a degree in Business Administration and has worked for both Prince William and Fairfax County Governments, as well as previously working in full time Christian Ministry.

Why they chose this property

Now that we've retired we will eventually be moving from Northern Virginia. After quite a bit of home shopping, we bought this particular home because we love the North Myrtle Beach area with it's friendly people, great beach, good weather, access to medical facilities, and abundance of entertainment and shopping,

What makes this property unique

We love the location of our house. It's romantic to take evening walks on the beach and fun to occasionally get up early to surf fish on the beach, or spend the afternoon sitting on the beach relaxing.
