About this property

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Just 5 minutes from downtown Ashland, Kings Daughters Medical Center, or 20 minutes to I-64 Our cheerful 2 bedroom space can be your comfortable home away from home! Our large backyard (think secret garden landscaping), deck and grill make the perfect outdoor dining experience! It has a spacious living room with TV and WIFI to access your favorite streaming service, an eat in kitchen with everything you need to make a nice meal- just bring the groceries. Coffee, tea and basic spices included. We are in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street with a small paved driveway. Laundry room available to guests located in the basement. Walking distance to AK Steel Sports Park providing opportunities to a walking path, skateboard ramp, soccer field and baseball field.

Rock the country 2024

All in all it served its purpose. The main problem, The gas grill was not usable. It was beyond bad shape. We came prepared to cook meals on it, and the grill was missing interior parts and rusted extremely. Hadn't been used in a long time. On a positive, the cost was reasonable, house was clean, and had everything we needed with the exception of the grill.
