Highly recommend

This place was very clean and well equipped, parking was convenient, location was great. Owner was easy to reach, no problems with check in. Note that you do have to climb stairs to reach the apartment, but they’re not extreme or anything. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Rincon!

Inside Out

A nice place to stay. The interior was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Communications with the host were swift and cordial. It's a fourth floor walk up so travel light. The unit comes complete with a crowing Rooster to wake you up with the sun and a neighbor with a barking dog in case you miss yours. Highly recommended. The exterior needs attention but the unit was pretty sweet.

I rented this appartment for my cousin she has been so stress and had a tough year, from her experience the apartment was clean cute and in a very good location she had a very good time and was able to get the rest she needed, she loved it so much she signed the guest book and said she will be back

Great location, convenient property

In general the property is a great deal for the zone. The listing was accurate, but management really needs to provide emphasis on the fact that the unit is on a 4th floor, no elevator, so people can make a choice. Great location, easy access to beach just a few steps away. Multiple shops and dinner options available. Unit was clean and has chairs and an umbrella. The was no soap in the bathroom, window dressings are dirty and exterior of building is not in good condition.
