Welcome to Blue Suede! A charming two bedroom condo with two bathrooms that offers an open concept layout. The living area is cozy and offers seating for the whole family with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook on vacation. Both bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds! You'll love both of the large, private decks off the living area that over looks the canal and has cozy furniture to enjoy the Texas breeze. Great space to relax and enjoy the Texas breeze!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.

Awesome again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'd love to tell you the place is terrible and not to stay here, so hopefully I'd be able to have it all for myself whenever I wanted. But the place is wonderful - has everything you need. Close to stores and sights and is on the water! Those of you bringing boats, just know- you do have to plan for about a 15 minute ride out to the bay. Not a problem for me as this is my 2nd time here. GREAT PLACE - Will be staying here again!

Weekend fishing.

Great little place on the water with a nice view and easy docking for the boat. There is one stored in the lift so you must tie off to the side. Not an issue in good weather, but high winds would make that challenging. Floor plan is spacious with a bonus room that was perfect for a teenager. I will say I was surprised by the lack of TVs in any of the bedrooms, but we were so tired at the end of the day we didn’t miss it. More than one towel per person would’ve been nice. Overall great stay and would book again.

Wonderful Spot on the Water

Think the only down thing is the patio had a tiny light that was super dimmed. Pretty much pitch dark out there at night. Other than that I would stay here again.
