Welcome to the one of the newest townhome community on North Padre Island. Pull right in front to unload and access your rental with a unique lock code we give only to you. This extremely spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6 comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom comes with a king bed and flat screen tv. Kids can enjoy their own space in the new twin size bunk beds. The living room has a leather couch and a flat screen Smart TV with Cable and other streaming apps. We also have free WiFi. Sleep two comfortably on a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has every small appliance you could need along with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Ready for the beach? Village by the Beach is just that; 1 block from the beach! Grab your beach towels, sunscreen and walk to the beach to enjoy a day in the sun. The island offers horseback riding, Bob Hall Pier and great shops and restaurants in the area. More of a pool person? Village by the Beach is your place once again! Our complex offers a sweet resort style pool for your enjoyment. Pull up a chair to relax, throw down some burgers on the grill and enjoy this amazing pool with family and friends. Fantastic family trip

Such a great location! Single mom of 4 kiddos and this was a great stay! The owners left a book of information about the location and property and places nearby to do fun things and it was such a lifesaver! It’s right by the beach, and down the street from gas stations and small grocers which was so convenient! Only issue I would say was the pull-out sofa has a really thin mattress but other than that I would say it was perfect. The pool was so delightful and large and my kids loved it!

Wonderful area

Wonderful complex and very clean. The pool was fantastic for my boys to play in and the condo even had extra beach toys that we were welcome to use (GREAT benefit when you are flying!). Had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for us! Thank you!!

This was a great property at a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our breakfasts and reheat leftovers. The bed was comfy. There were plenty of towels and washcloths to bathe. There were several beach towels and boogie boards to borrow. We recommend Kim's location to anyone looking to escape to the beach :-)

The best!

Kim has really thought through anything we might need to make our stay comfortable and convenient!! A binder to explain everything, restaurant reviews, beach supplies, bath accessories. Seriously, you name it, it was there! We had some issues with our access code ( out of her control) however, she was so quick to respond and resolve this issue. Hands down the best place we have stayed and completely worth time and cost! We will be back!

Amazing family getaway!

Our first time to Corpus with our family and it was the perfect size for us. Our kids loved the bunk bed and the layout is perfect if you have little ones. We had a question for Kim and she responded right away. The 5 minute walk to the beach was nice but definitely recommend a wagon if you have kiddos. The 2 pools are a big plus too! My 7 year old and I went horse back riding on the beach 10 minutes down the road and it was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

Great place for a small family, excellent value

This place looked better than the pictures. Clean and updated. The host had thought of all the things including extra towels and extra sheets. They even had wonderful beach toys available for you to use. The only thing that I would’ve changed was how crowded the pool was. I don’t know if it was because someone was leaving the gate unlocked and the public got in or if the place was just extra crowded. Even so our room was very quiet.The proximity to the beach was about a 10- 15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice stay

This property felt surprisingly spacious inside. Bunk beds were perfect for the kids. It was super easy to get to the beach and I especially appreciated that it was not too far to walk to the pedestrian-only section, since I don't much care for the drive-on part. The complex pool was very nice and clean and not crowded in the mornings. The Welcome Book gave a personal touch and a lot of good recommendations. The only downside was that the washer/dryer were unexpectedly out of commission, as it would have been nice to do a load in order to not run out of clean face masks. I understand that these things happen, though.

Nice place and great location!

Overall, the place was nice. There were a few things that definitely needed an upgrade (pots and pans were so scratched up and the microwave had some issues)! Also, the playground was under construction… that was one of the reasons I brought my family to this location. I did reach out to the property owner (she knew about this and it has been this way for a while) and she informed me that she would update the listing, which has not been done. I think that is misrepresenting the property. She was very responsive and friendly. If those things were fixed, I would stay at this property again!

It was nice but after we left the property manager said that we would be charged extra for extra cleaning when nothing but bed sheets were dirty as well as bath towels which were placed in tub like asked but we were told that it was extra because they had to send sheets to cleaners because someone was staying right after us but in all honesty sheets should be washed after every stay anyways but we were charged. We rent a number of places for vacations have done so for years places way bigger and have never had this issue. Won’t be renting through this app again.

Calm and Convenient

This is the second time we have stayed here and I got a resounding "Yesss!" from the kids when I told them that we would be staying at the same place again. The condo feels quite spacious for its footprint, and has a big-screen TV, both of which are great for my teenager, who is what I like to call "the indoorsy type." The complex does not feel crowded and is VERY quiet at night. Since all the condos are on the ground floor, you don't have to worry about noise from above or disturbing people below. No noise carries through adjacent walls, as far as I could tell. The pool is clean and well-maintained, with attractive landscaping. I love that the beach parking lot is right around the corner, so you can park in the parking lot and then it's just a short walk to the no-drive section of the beach. (I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I HATE driving on the beach and I'm not wild about other people's cars on the beach either.) I especially appreciated all the info in the Welcome Booklet. A nice personal touch!

Better than expected

Shout-out to the Hilton Gold (or similar) members who never think to go the condo/town home route. We chose this because of no real hotels near where we wanted to be. Now we may never go back to hotels. Truly a home away from home. Kids loved the bunk beds, we liked the master bed. A little firmer than what we're used to at home, but after a day on the run and on the beach or pool, coupled with a few glasses of Cabernet, peaceful sleep was attained one way or another. We wondered about the coffee situation, whether it was Keurig or like a Mr. Coffee automatic drip. It had both, but we prefer the automatic drip in the morning. It's nice to know beforehand since I figure most people will hit that HEB on the mainland just before the causeway bridge and grab their groceries before hitting the condo. We bought regular coffee and the K-cups. We were delighted to find the Mr.Coffee machine, and someone was kind enough to leave filters behind in the pantry. Therefore, one of our many pay-it-forward donations was to leave our K-cups behind for someone else. The owners leave a little notebook of things to do out there. We had no idea about a sea turtle hatchling release until they mentioned it. We were able to go and it was an unforgettable experience. The washer and dryer do short loads very quickly, that was nice. Our kids did watch DVDs but we never found the remote control, so it was a manual play/stop situation on the machine, which is fine. In all a great weekend. We're not beachy people, this one was for the kids, so I don't know if we'll be back but we'll definitely recommend.
