There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

202 offers a West view looking towards the stadium and has a private balcony!

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Great visit with our son!

We had a wonderful stay, and the place was absolutely amazing! Great location and so easily accessible. It was a wonderful walk to the basketball game and we enjoyed having breakfast at Stacks restaurant. Got some Toomers lemonade and visited the bookstores. This location is perfect for an Auburn downtown visit.

Above Target is an Amazing Location

After staying at a few different rental properties in Auburn the past year, this is by far my favorite. I think I could live above Target forever. I was sad to leave, and will definitely book it again.

Cute and comfortable in downtown Auburn

The condo is a well-appointed, comfortable space close to everything in downtown Auburn. You will hear some noise from neighbors in the building, as well as the nearby bars, but nothing that some headphones and white noise can't handle. I would definitely stay here again!

Falling apart

Hello! The apartment looked like we were promised and the host was easy to deal with. However, the building (though new) was quite litterally falling apart. The handel on one of the doors kept falling off. On of the hooks on the wall was loose. The walls to the neighbours were so thin our glasses and plates started shaking alot a soon as someone played music at normal level. The drawer in the kitchen kept getting stuck. You could just tell the craftmanship was bad and that the 'luxury' of the apartmed was no more than the very surface (even the furniture looked nice but are made of plastic). Thanks

Amazing condo next to the Graduate hotel! Ideally located brand new condo that was absolutely spotless! Surface parking makes it so easy. Unit also has amazing balcony with incredible views ( photos included of views..) ! Sky bar is located behind property. Will def stay here again!

Great place! Elevator not working

Easy check in and checkout. Clean, great location. The only complaint is that the elevator was not working. One guest said it had not worked the whole week she had been in the building. Climbing stairs with luggage was not fun.

Great location

Decoration of the until and the location were outstanding. Right in the middle of the action downtown. That being said, in one of the bedrooms you could definitely hear the boom boom of the sky bar until late at night,but they did provide sound machines that really helped drown out the noise. Would stay there again.
