New to the rental market (September 2023) this third floor unit has outstanding views. One bed, two bath. Fully fitted kitchen equipped to a high standard. Coastal Decor throughout. Spacious Balcony to enjoy those sunsets. Bedroom with Queen Bed has screens on the patio doors so you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking. Electric is a separate charge and you will pay your full consumption at check out in cash USD or DOP
