We recently purchased this home so my wife can be closer to her mom, dad and 7 brothers! We live on the east coast in the summer so we are making this property available so other families can enjoy this beautiful beach community when we are not there.
Why they chose this property
Only 4 miles from the beach, and 2 miles from everything else! Great shopping in BellaTerra shopping center, with theatres, restaurants, Whole Foods Natural products market, all kinds of activities, golf and ethnic restaurants, seafood etc.
What makes this property unique
Hot tub, waterfall feature, outdoor patio seating and bbq, indoor/outdoor screened porch, flat screen tv in master bedroom and living room, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and food prep island. All new appliances, new washer/dryer.Memory foam mattresses
