Each Unit, side by side, has 3-Bedrooms with 2.5 Bathrooms. Total 6 Bedrooms and 4 full baths sleeping up to 12.

Wonderful property

Loved the property. Condos were spacious, well equipped with everything. Especially liked the beach towels available, saved room in luggage. Nicole was always available for any questions we might have. About a 10 minute Uber ride to the marina. We really enjoyed our stay. Oh, and the restaurant across the street, Puerta Vieja was delicious.

Why they chose this property

This unit is one of our newest additions to our rental portfolio in Cabo. The spacious three bedrooms and open floor plan provide for a great family get-a-way outside of the crowded resorts. The condo is located in Residential Tamar, which is just a short ten-minute drive into central Cabo San Lucas and Medano Beach. If you don't want to rent a car, the property is located on the bus route to and from town.Residential Tamar is located just across the highway from two beach areas. Cabo Bello Beach is great for snorkeling and Monuments Beach is great for watching local surfers and has a spectacular view of the great Cabo sunsets.Shopping is easy, as Residential Tamar is located next to the new Fresko grocery store and is also just a short drive to Costco and WalMart. There are several nice restaurants located nearby, including Sunset Mona Lisa, Puerta Vieja and Villa Serena. The large community pool is great for outdoor family enjoyment.

What makes this property unique

We have two side by side rental units, each with 3 bedrooms and two vehicles for guest use for an extra daily usage fee. Based on availability, the guest can choose between an 8-passenger Chevy Tahoe or a 5-passenger Hyundai Santa Fe. Great for large families!
