Very cute house and in a good location. Very clean and well stocked. Incredibly hot the week we were there but the air conditioning kept up just fine. Would stay there again the next time we are in Theodosia if its available.

What a great place to stay at Bull Shoals Lake. You are just a short ride to a clean marina and not far from a local grocery store. The cabin has everything you need and a nice large open dining and living room area. We never used the gas grill but what great shape it was in compared to the last two places we rented. We will definitely book this place again if we go back to the lake. And the host replied quickly to any questions we had.

We had a great stay at the cabin. It was a perfect location for our trip and we found it to be cozy as advertised. We have recommended it to our friend who lives in the area for times when their house has an overflow of guests.

Great place to escape!

Property was quiet, well equipped, and in a great location, off the beaten path but close to the water. Cabin decor was super cute! A great place for my family to relax, unwind, and unplug for a few days!

Lovely

Beds were comfy and clean. She thought ov everything, including some extras (ibuprofen, gas meds, an extra toothbrush and more) in the bathroom. We would certainly stay here again!

Super clean, very welcoming and felt like home! Quiet street and comfy beds! We have a support.dog that I wish we were able to bring since the yard is fenced. We would love to be able to make this our reoccurring rental but will have to maybe stay elsewhere due to not being able to bring the dog. Which we understand completely. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it if you need a quiet night or two away!

Wonderful property. Everything you might expect to have at home was available. Even spices and flour. Very close to the nearby boat ramp and Theodosia Marina at Bull Shoals Lake. Dollar General and a local grocery store in town for any last minute supplies.There is no doubt I will stay at this property again if I am back in the area.

Very cute house at the lake! Clean with plenty of space to watch tv/eat/cook. It had everything we needed (extra blankets, fans, stocked kitchen, and more) and only a few minutes from the marina, grocery store, etc. We had a small hiccup with the AC not working and had to wait for it to start up again but the host was quick to respond. Would recommend and/or stay again!
