Overlooking The Marina and Ocean Includes Use of Golf Cart Pet-Friendly

Our Unit is renovated and right outside Marina, Tower Pool, ocean side tikis and grills. Located at the heart of Key Largo MM 100 in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security.

Kawama is a 24-acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all the keys.

The property amenities include a saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, and two heated swimming pools as well as the private pool for the tower units.

The property has an onsite marina with a boat ramp that gives guests ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the area's best fishing, snorkeling, diving, and sandbars. Other amenities include boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts.

Guest can fish, kayak, or snorkel the Ocean via our rock jetty.

The modern unit decor enhances the comfort of this two-bedroom and two-bath condominium.

Boating: If you plan to bring your private vessel, you will need to have $300,000 Liability Insurance and show proof upon entrance to the security guard.

The boat ramp is free of charge, and trailer parking is first come basis. Trailers up to 2 axles only.

Enjoy the fishing/sunrise/sunset at the jetty, a 24/7 boat ramp, a 3-acre salt-water lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, 2 tennis/pickle ball courts and a children's playground.

BOATS - If wanting to bring a boat please contact the Dock Master. Vrbo does not show email addresses or phone numbers until after you book. I will send you this information once booked.

Kawama requires $300,000 liability insurance for your boat, motor and trailer whether coming by water or land. They will turn you away if you do not provide this to the front gate.

JET SKI"S - Must also have $300,000 liability insurance.

My family truly enjoyed this stay. The condo was very spacious and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We loved that the pool for the Tower was exclusive for guests staying in the Tower only as we never had to rush to get chairs and the pool was never overcrowded. We also loved the grounds with the jetty, the salt water lagoon, and the walking paths. Overall we loved it and can't wait to come back to Key Largo again!

Perfect amenities for our family. We didn’t use the pools, as we preferred the beach area. But would’ve used them as a back up option. We were very glad to have stayed in the condo tower. Andy was a great host and his place is very nice. The only complaint I have is the guard at the gate was very rude. We had trouble getting in after we went to dinner and instead of telling us what we did wrong we were screamed out telling us we didn’t slow down enough (which wasn’t true).

Great Little Condo!

This place was great! It was absolutely what we were looking for. Nice and clean with a beautiful view of the boat dock and the ocean. Andy was so quick to respond with some of our questions. Check in was a breeze and having a golf cart available for us to use was an added bonus. The pool was great and the grounds were super clean. I have nothing bad to say about this place, it did not disappoint! We enjoyed our stay very much!

This condo was exactly as pictured. Check-in was very simple. There was plenty of parking. The furnishings were great, the space was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids LOVED the tower pool and we really enjoyed the beach for walks in the morning. The resort was nice and quiet. The guards at the security gate were helpful. We had a blast!

Wonderful Place

Our family enjoyed staying in Key Largo at this awesome condo location. It had so many options for things do close by as well as items needed to enjoy our vacation. We drove the golf cart, enjoyed grilling down by the water, fishing, kayaking, and swimming at the pool. The condo is close to restaurants and fishing charters. Communication was great, the condo is clean, and we are planning to return soon!

Great place with lots of extras

We had a great time! The air conditioner worked very well and the place did not smell stale at all. We’ve stayed in quite a few places in the keys and warm and/or stale is more common than you’d think. The place had everything and more, great view, kayaks, golf cart, 3 pools, lagoon, guard gate, kitchen gadgets, free ice, and plenty more. We hope to stay here again soon.
