The place is very clean and nice. I will be back. Dawn does a great job of running it.

Very clean and quiet home in a hamlet about twenty minutes from LBI. A very peaceful and artistic backyard with wildlife was also a surprising discovery. Definitely a handy location for visits to the beach.

I recently stayed at this beautifully restored Victorian home, and you can really tell it was decorated by an artist—it’s full of character! I headed up there for my birthday to spend time at the beach and visit my son, and it was such an amazing spot for a two-night stay. The place was spotless and so comfortable. On top of that, the owner was super friendly and responsive, which made everything run smoothly. They really helped make my birthday getaway extra special. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for somewhere unique and relaxing!

Clean, cute, a little quirky

This place was cozy and worked well for just me. A couple of quirks like a light switch to nothing, but I overall enjoyed it and would stay again.

Always amazing

Very clean. Beautiful decorated. Loved the Halloween touches. The pumpkin cake was perfect for a morning snack. The location is great for LBI but easy to catch a bus to NYC. My 2nd time and I will be backwill be back.

Unfortunately last time Expedia cut off my review so I was unable to rave about what a great host Dawn was. She has really put in an immense effort to take the Vrbo/Airbnb experience to the next level by transforming her home into an operational b&b experience for her guests. With prices on LBI skyrocketing in recent years it’s hard to find quality and affordability anywhere. Dawn has combined both and added hospitality and care as well. Do not hesitate to book!
