REMODELED JUN 2024! Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. While we’ve always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare all of our properties, we’ve since updated our operating protocols and are allocating extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This may mean that your property won’t be ready until check-in time, but you can rest assured that it will be clean and safe for your stay! Lovely stay. Apartment is very close to beach and bars and restaurants. Apartment well equipped only problem could not use pool for 5 out of 7 days. When we asked handyman he said he would get pool cleaner in to sort it. This is the only thing that needs sorting.

best trip ever

The place was amazing and in a great location. You want to walk to the beach it is right there....bars on the beach as well. We did a self check in that went very smoothly and the propert manager was always checking on us. The restaurants and markets are right around the corner. It was an awesome location and being out side of a resort and meeting locals and interacting was so much fun. We had a really great time and would stay there again. Thanks so much for a wonderful time!!!!

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay and found everything we needed in the apartment. It is exactly as pictured. The neighbors are friendly. The hosts were communicative and efficient, solving every problem the same day! It was super to have help from the host about the location of a clinic to receive Covid testing. They also offer rides to and from the airport. We will definitely book again. Thanks so much for a lovely vacation!

Please pardon the sargassum while Mother Nature restores our beaches. Sargassum (Seaweed) is a naturally occurring event along coastal areas. It is a floating ecosystem. Seaweed comes and goes and we have no control over that. It is difficult to indicate how long seaweed will last and/or come and go.. It depends on ocean currents and wind patterns linked to climate change. The Caribbean islands most affected by sargassum seaweed in the past include Barbados, Tobago, Guadeloupe, Dominican Republic and Martinique. However, it's important to note that even on islands affected by an influx of sargassum algae there are often beaches that are totally clear on the same island.

The condo unit fulfilled our needs and the close location to the beach, restaurants and stores was very nice. The building and grounds were ok but a bit 'tired'. We had trouble with the doors to the balcony (they probably need to be replaced). Drinking water was not supplied (which we found unusual & odd) and there was a water dispenser in the condo for which we could purchase water. The listing says there is a grill to use but there wasn't one and the chairs around the pool were usually 'claimed & reserved' (with towels) by other guests so more chairs would help.

Regarding the balcony doors, we understand that they may need replacement and will look into this matter promptly. As indicated in description, house manual, house rules, rental agreement you signed prior to arrival it is a self catering condo - Upon check in, you are provided with a starter package of supplies. We provide 1 bottle of drinking water 1.5L, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 bar (40g) hand soap in each bathroom, 1 bottle dishwashing soap, 1 handy-wipe, 1 sponge, 2 single serve coffee bags and filters, 1 single load laundry detergent, 1 box of matches, and 2 trash bags per container. If you need additional items, we would be happy to provide directions to the nearest grocery store. Beach towels are provided in the units. You will find them on the kitchen countertop. Thank you again for your feedback Karen. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Wonderful Location

We stayed at this property for just over a month in March/April 2023. The location is wonderful! It's just minutes to walk to the beach, to restaurants and a great little supermarket! It's comfy but several things need updating. New non-lumpy pillows, some knives that are sharp, perhaps a few more storage containers in the kitchen would be appreciated. The sofa and cushions are in very bad shape with the seams ripped and the fill coming out. We were not there to watch TV much- but this unit had a very small one. The outdoor furniture is not very comfortable, narrow plastic chairs. One other thing that would be appreciated would be chairs to take to the beach. We were renting during high season, so it was at the higher cost. For the amount we paid, we expected that it would have been more updated.

We loved working with Go Punta Cana! The property was beautiful, as was the unit. But we were kindly moved by the owner/ property manager because the pool was out of service. We loved the location and were sad to leave. But this was a great unit and great owner/ company to work with.

Best Location! 2 minutes walk to the beach! 10 minutes walk to 4 excellent Restaurants! Spacious! Clean! Very Nice! Suggestion to Owner: Put BRIGHTER BULBS in the condo because it’s very dark with current bulbs you have. I felt like BATMAN living there 😎

Reviewer Comments: This condo is absolutely worth the stay we went for my bday it’s our second time visiting this beautiful country the first time we stayed at a all inclusive but we wanted something more of a homey vibe and This condo had everything from fully loaded kitchen to washer and dryer and also it’s close to the beach it’s like a 3 min walk and had restaurants with beach view and small shops near by and so many places walking distance this place was awesome! We even enjoyed the pool right infront of the condo.
