Why they chose this property
Neighborhood is quiet and established. Exciting new spots are constantly popping up in the area for new adventures. Easy to get to most happening places - downtown East Point, historic College Park and Hapeville, Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, East Atlanta, etc. Also easy access to airport and MARTA.
What makes this property unique
This home is cozy and quaint. Great deck and backyard for lounging.
