Boho Aggieland is a two bedroom townhome very near “restaurant row” and shopping on University Drive and just two miles from Texas A&M. Entertainment includes 65” TV in the living and 55” in bedrooms with Smart Tv for your own log ins. A quick trip to both campus and to Bryan. Home features a King beds in both bedrooms. Dedicated parking spot included with room for additional cars as well. Hosted by 10-time superhosts. Quiet, family neighborhood-Absolutely No Parties/Events.

We are mere minutes away and are happy to help our guests.

Near the Hilton on University. Convenient to campus, restaurants, and Bryan as well.

One parking spot is reserved for the unit, but the complex has many unmarked spots for an extra vehicle.

Cozy and dog friendly

It had beds

Overall our stay was below average but an average rating will do as we were able to sleep comfortably. The only downside was the property managers unwillingness to discount our stay knowing there was a hot water issue. While we didn’t report it at first given that it was a small place and therefore had a small water tank, four people were staying there, and we needed showering, we attributed the loss of hot water based on all four of us showering. Later that evening in preparation to go to an evening game, there was still no hit water which was odd but at this time, only the A&M game was important. We notified management the following morning before checkout and yup…still no hot water. Took pictures of the breakers and nothing was tripped which says this was something more. We won’t stay here again but it served its purpose. Also the beds need more pillows.

I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB.
