Welcome to pride of ownership in this adorable single level home. Quiet and cozy inside and out. The spacious layout and well appointed interior provides a peaceful, comfortable guest experience. A fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful guest amenities are sure to enhance a well accommodated stay. Enjoy the cool summer evenings in the beautiful backyard and patio, or relax and unwind in the sparkling clean hot tub.
Located just a 15 minute walk from the year round Sunday Farmers Market.
The hot tub is cleaned and chemically treated weekly by a professional hot tub service on Wednesdays. The technician will enter the backyard through the exterior gate and will not disturb guests .

The air conditioner is a portable unit located in the bedroom.
Guest assistance from the local property manager is available during guests' stay.

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the rooftop deck.
Come on in to enjoy an open concept living and dining area with plenty of natural light. The modern gallery kitchen has all the equipment you'll need to prepare a delicious meal. The private bedroom has a comfy King size bed, quality linens and room darkening curtains.

Great stay in West Seattle

My parents came to visit from out of state and stayed here, and they said this was a very comfortable place for the two of them -- the house is in a very safe, friendly neighborhood, within short walking distance to a great coffee shop, and they said there was just the perfect amount of space for the two of them, which allowed them to feel at home. Dre, the host, was very communicative and responsive throughout the stay. We hope to be able to host my parents the next time they come visit, but if we're not ready yet, this place is so wonderful to know about and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

This is the one you’re looking for

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in West Seattle. The neighborhood is lovely, the amenities close by, the home itself is immaculate and comfortable and well appointed. Dre is a kind, service-minded, and responsive property host. Really great to work with. Dre answered the few questions I came up with right away. In short, if this property is available, do not hesitate. I am already trying to figure out how to stay here again for my next trip! Thanks, Dre!

OMG. Awesome stay

This place is adorbs. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Kitchen is well stocked and hot tub amazing. Neighborhood is safe and has the best little coffee shop a 3 min walk away. We are very glad we picked this little house.

A Perfect Place
