Welcome to SoCal Investment and Realty! We offer a variety of properties in OC from Fountain Valley, Westminster, Santa Ana, and Buena Park. ***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure safety for everyone.
**Our property is pet friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max.
Please do not block the sidewalk to AVOID the ticket
