Welcome to another fantastic home from AnaheimVacationHouse.com! Come visit our beautiful pool home, which is perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our home is designed with modern decor and has been renovated inside out.

The main floor features three Cal-king master bedrooms with en-suites and two children's bedrooms. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen-size bedroom with an en-suite. The two children's bedrooms have full-over-full bunk beds and a shared hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a 47-inch LCD TV. The bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, hardware, and custom-tiled showers. The hall bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. The house is furnished with hardwood floors throughout.

The open-concept main living room is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The custom dining room table has ample seating, and the kitchen island has additional seating. The main living room features a 60-inch TV with a DVD player, and Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included.

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located right off the kitchen, and there is a second living room with queen sleeper beds on both sectionals. The game room is in the basement, with ping pong and a foosball table. Strollers, high chairs, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. The home is equipped with central air and heat; a queen air mattress is provided with additional bedding. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. We monitor and control the temperature remotely from our office to ensure it will be on and at the right temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill. The home is conveniently located 6-7 miles from Disneyland and about 6-7 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center.

This house SLEEPS 20 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

Enjoy the convenience and luxury of having fresh, high-quality products delivered directly to your rental before you even arrive - beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Items are even appropriately put away in the home refrigerator & cabinets, and photos are sent to you at delivery. They even offer e-bikes and other services.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 100 miles of Disneyland, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Additionally, houses are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
